Head of Sales – Solid Surface Dept.

Reports To:
Management
SUMMARY:
Manages sales activities in Solid Surface
dept. of organization by performing the
following duties personally or through
subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.

Managing & motivation of the sales team
in achieving sales targets, negotiating
& constructing appropriate terms of
sales & ensuring the growth of
department position within this market
segment.

Oversee the overall operations of the
department in the UAE. Establish &
achieve departmental budgets, as
approved by the top management, & in
line with the strategic objectives of
the company.
-
Ensure a fast, reliable service in terms
of quotations, product, specifications &
application advice is provided to the
customer base of the related market in
the UAE.
-
To ensure the ongoing development of our
business with both existing & potential
customers in line with departmental
forecast and strategic objectives, as
approved and directed by the top
management.
-
Technical know-how including the product
production, technology, production
planning & logistics.
-
An in-depth knowledge of all relevant
industries such as retail civil
infrastructure, residential & commercial
developments, & have experience in
dealing with large multi national
clients.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
-
Engineering degree
-
8 to 12 years experience at a Senior
Sales/Division Manager Level.
-
Know well the consultants and the
contractors
-
Must have a strong communication skills,
leadership & training skills,
cross-cultural, interpersonal skills and
ability to cooperate & motivate
strategic capabilities.

Language – English (a must) - Arabic
(an advantage)
